Job Description:

1)The candidate should be able to  handle 200+ customers directly and contribute to building relationships through scheduled and proactive outreach.

2)Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a  Nobrokerhood as a product.

3)The Customer Success Manager  will help in partnering up  with clients to fully understand their business requirements, expectations, and needs that can be fulfilled.

4)Support and coordinate with the operations team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless resolutions  to customers. Raise open issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution in a timely manner.

5)Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction: Maintain Company defined CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score and NPS (net promoter score).

6)Coordinate with other functions:- Coordinate with the Customer Support function to ensure issues and tickets are resolved within defined SLA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1)Proven work experience  of 1- 2 years as a Customer Success Manager or similar role

2)Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

3) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4)Proficient in all Microsoft applications(Excel/Google sheets,Microsoft word/Docx preferably)

5)Hands-On Operational Efficiency with the ability to set and follow processes
