Job Title: Customer Support Associate - International Voice Process

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Days Rotational Week Off)

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting international customers via voice calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt, professional, and effective communication.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls from international customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer queries related to products, services, or technical issues.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, policies, and processes to deliver efficient support.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the internal database (CRM systems).
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Work in a team environment and participate in training sessions to enhance performance and service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts as per international time zones).
  • Minimum educational qualification: Any graduate
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
