Role Overview

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional, empathetic, and efficient service.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Meet personal and team customer support targets, KPIs, and service-level agreements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/regional language, if required].
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
