Job Title: Lead & Sales Generation Expert


Salary :

·       Base salary of INR 12,000 per month

·       Incentive of INR 1,500 per successful lead generated

Key Responsibilities:

-       Utilize your extensive lead generation experience (minimum 1 year) to sell IT services.

-       Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

-       Utilize exceptional interpersonal and convincing skills to build strong client relationships.

-       Develop customized sequences and calling scripts tailored to the target audience.

-       Identify and research potential leads within the target market.

-       Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to initiate contact with prospects.

-       Customize messaging and communication strategies to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.

-       Qualify leads to assess their fit with our agency's services, budget, timeline, and requirements.

-       Conduct discovery calls or virtual meetings to understand prospects' business objectives, challenges, and priorities.

-       Present our agency's offerings, value proposition, and solutions tailored to the prospect's needs via virtual presentations.

-       Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and onboard new clients.

-       Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients remotely to foster long-term partnerships and maximize client retention.
