Filter You is a design company located in Bengaluru, headed towards the metaverse. We specialize in creating customized Instagram filters for some of the top influencers and brands worldwide. We make sure that every project that we work on is fun and enjoyable, including the creation of NFT collections. Filter You is an AR VR Company that creates amazing products and is proudly created with a group of diverse people.


A Typical Day at Filter You as a Lead Generation Intern would look like:

  • Conduct market research to identify and target high-potential leads.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns across various channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, cold calling).
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Build rapport and engage with qualified leads through personalised communication.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive lead database.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (a plus).
  • Deep understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey.


Candidates Must Be:

  • Located in Bangalore (preferably in North - Around Ramaiah)
  • Days of work: Mondays to Fridays (Last saturday of every month is a working saturday)
  • Working hours: 12.30 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Internship Stipend: 15-25K/Month
