Lead Generation Executive

Hummingbird is an Adobe Commerce (Magento) Solution Partner, we offer eCommerce solutions to customers all over the world. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our IT solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with prospects, understand their needs, and set appointments for our sales team. This position offers a competitive salary along with commission incentives based on performance.
Target Geographies - USA, Australia, Europe, Middle East (you will focus on one or two zones)
Salary Range - 5L - 7 L fixed monthly, plus commissions, commissions will be paid for every successful lead generation call that happens.
Work from office / night shift work might be required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification: Utilize various channels such as online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify potential leads within the IT sector.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and budget constraints to determine their suitability as qualified leads.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information and expectations.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, appointment scheduling efficiency, and overall lead generation effectiveness.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to enhance lead generation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, within the IT sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
- The result-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver high-quality leads.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning.
