Lead Generation Specialist

We're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition for our AI-powered digital marketing agency. You'll leverage your expertise in both social media and LinkedIn lead generation to identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential prospects. If you have a passion for marketing, a knack for building relationships, and a strong understanding of data-driven strategies, we want you on our team
Responsibilities:
Research: Identify and analyze potential B2B clients across industries through comprehensive research, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
Outreach: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to engage prospects and generate interest in our services.
AI-Powered Strategies: Leverage AI tools to refine lead lists, personalize messaging, and optimize lead nurturing campaigns for maximum impact.
Campaign Execution: Develop and execute targeted social media and LinkedIn campaigns, incorporating compelling content, ad targeting, and community engagement.
Lead Qualification: Engage in discovery calls and online interactions to qualify leads, assess their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze lead data from various channels to identify trends, refine strategies, and maximize conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably with social media and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for growth.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and CRM software.
- Digital marketing experience
- B2B background.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
