Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager - Digital to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, coordinating digital campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client business goals and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
2 . Campaign Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital monthly calendars, strategies, campaign plans and others.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns within agreed budgets and timelines.
3. Project Coordination:
Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to meet client expectations.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
Address and resolve client concerns effectively and promptly.
4 . Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Prepare and present campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics and ROI (campaign-wise + monthly).
5. Business Development Support:
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Participate in new client pitches and proposal development when required.
Key Skills and Competencies :
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and manage their expectations effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital account management or a similar role in a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple accounts and delivering high-impact campaigns.
