The Impact you will create in the Job:
Create pipeline and drive revenue through enterprise sales for products within India.
Grow pipeline through extensive networking and cold-calling/e-mailing prospective clients.
Establish healthy relationships with CXOs.
Have complete ownership of the sales cycle.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
Develop a strategic business expansion plan along with team leads.
Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationships and establishing trust, to grow the company business.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
What do we look for?
Proven 5 to 7 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Hub Spot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
