Defining, designing, and implementing ServiceNow/ Salesforce solutions and ensuring they are aligned with business requirements.Working closely with clients to build CSM solutions on platforms such as ServiceNow that address their needs.Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow platform using scripts and application capabilities.implementation of CSM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective solutions and procedures that meet user requirements.Participating in all technical aspects of the program and solution delivery.Ensuring that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices.Effective upwards management to program lead and executivesContribute to business development activities including written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations

What we’re looking for5-8 years of experience with ServiceNow platform, or minimum 3 years with ServiceNow platform and additional years with similar productsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, development, customization, and integration.Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and data model.Strong understanding of ITIL processes.ServiceNow System Administration certification or other ServiceNow certifications are preferred.Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels.Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders.Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities beyond core modules highly desirableExperience with ServiceNow CSM is must.
