We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting big global multinational brands in the FMCG and CE sectors.


Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales strategies to meet revenue goals and foster business expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects with major FMCG and CE brands in the different parts of Middle East and Europe.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at targeted organizations.
  • Showcase the company's range of ecommerce solutions, including data analytics tools, consulting reports, content services, and marketing campaigns, to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and finalizing contracts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure client contentment.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, market advancements, and competitor activities to guide sales strategies and actions.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and business development roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals in B2B .
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce trends, data analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to network effectively and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead a sales team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
