About Us:

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency offering 360° marketing solutions across social media, performance marketing, web development, and more. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Office Admin to manage HR operations, handle office administration, and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management.
  • Draft and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Manage office administration including vendors, facilities, and inventory.
  • Attend all meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and share them with concerned team members.
  • Ensure daily task tracking and follow-up to check progress.
  • Use project/HR management software (e.g., Zoho, Asana, Trello, HRMS tools) for workflow management.
  • Support management in creating processes for team efficiency.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries and office needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR and office administration experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with project/HR management software is a plus.
  • Ability to take clear MOM and ensure proper task follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
