About Us:
We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency offering 360° marketing solutions across social media, performance marketing, web development, and more. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Office Admin to manage HR operations, handle office administration, and ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management.
- Draft and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Manage office administration including vendors, facilities, and inventory.
- Attend all meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and share them with concerned team members.
- Ensure daily task tracking and follow-up to check progress.
- Use project/HR management software (e.g., Zoho, Asana, Trello, HRMS tools) for workflow management.
- Support management in creating processes for team efficiency.
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries and office needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of HR and office administration experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with project/HR management software is a plus.
- Ability to take clear MOM and ensure proper task follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
