We envision that a vast majority of the country's population will get better access to high-quality healthcare through their employers. We are a tech-first company and believe that technology can make this vision a reality by offering a 10x better experience and fixing the broken processes for all stakeholders - Employees, Employers, HR admins, Insurers, and Healthcare providers. At Nova, we're looking to create and own the employee wellness category. In a short span of 15 months, we've built an outstanding team, achieved product-market fit, raised double-digit millions in funding and become the first company to secure an IRDAI Insurance broking licence. The difference? We see ourselves in the business of improving employee happiness instead of insurance and as such more an HR tech company. Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Comp Sci, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by the top venture funds in the country - BVP, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures. Role & Responsibilities (You'll be improving and responsible for) Speaking to Nova's prospective clients and understanding their unique needs Execute solution selling building a strong case for prospects to partner with Nova Championing and sharpening Nova's value-proposition Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings Core Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in B2 B Sales. Experience in wellness or healthcare domain is mandatory 2. Have proven track record of exceeding goals 3. Excellent in negotiation and has an innate style to influence people 4. Passion for working in a wellness-tech space 5. Persistent and solves problems in a structured way Why should you join us?1.
