Title: Account Manager – Corporate Wellness Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Education: Graduate (any discipline) Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2 B Healthcare Sales / Corporate Wellness Working Days: 5 days a week Role & Responsibilities As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities . Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with prospective clients to understand their unique employee wellness needs. Driving solution selling by building strong, customized business cases. Positioning and championing the company’s value proposition to stakeholders. Building strong relationships with HR, CXO, and decision-makers across organizations. Providing structured, actionable feedback to the product team to enhance offerings. Consistently exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets. Enterprise b2b sales, account management, handling retention, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling healthcare solutions. Core Requirements Proven track record : Minimum 2 years in B2 B sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related domains. Strong communication & influencing skills : Ability to engage decision-makers, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Target orientation : History of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Problem-solving mindset : Ability to approach challenges in a structured, persistent manner. Domain passion : Genuine interest in wellness-tech, healthcare, and employee wellbeing.
