The idealcandidate should come with proven experience in managing client accounts within anadvertising/creative agency environment and be able to lead client relationships, ensure smoothproject execution, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strongrelationships● Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs for internal teams● Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns that meet clientexpectations● Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, andalignment with brand guidelines● Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients● Monitor campaign performance and share insights, reports, and recommendations withclients● Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal stakeholders, resolving challengeseffectively● Oversee account financials – including budgets, estimates, and invoicing – to ensureprofitabilityRequired Skills & Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field● 3–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management within anadvertising/creative agency (mandatory)● Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand communication● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously● Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client serviceWhat We Offer:● A dynamic and creative workplace that values collaboration and innovation● Opportunities for professional growth and career development● A chance to work with a diverse portfolio of exciting brands and projects
