Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing) – 2 to 6 Years ExperienceLocation:Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHBEmployment Type:Full-timeAbout the Role:We are hiring an experiencedBench Sales Recruiterwith a strong background in theUS IT staffing industry . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inmarketing bench consultants , managing relationships withTier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners , and achieving consistentplacement targets .Key Responsibilities:Market and placebench consultants(H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC) withdirect clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners .Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging an existingvendor networkand building strong client relationships.Negotiate contract terms, rates, and placement conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Manage the complete sales cycle — from consultant marketing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation to onboarding.Maintain a detailed record of submissions, interviews, offers, and placements in internal databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Collaborate with HR, immigration, and compliance teams for documentation and onboarding processes.Regularly communicate with consultants regarding new job openings, interview feedback, and placement updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience:2–6 years of proven experience as aBench Sales RecruiterinUS IT Staffing / US Recruitment .Strong understanding ofUS Visa Classifications(H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC).Tier-1 Vendor Network:Proven track record of working with majorTier-1 US IT staffing vendorsandimplementation partners .Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonalskills.Proficiency withjob portals(Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, TechFetch) andsocial media platforms(LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).Familiarity withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and CRM tools.Ability to work under pressure in atarget-driven environmentand achieve submission/placement goals.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.Why Join Us:✅ Competitive base salary with attractive incentives and performance bonuses.✅ Supportive and growth-oriented work environment.✅ Opportunity to work with an experienced and collaborative US IT staffing team.A pply Now:If you are passionate aboutUS Bench Salesand have a proven record in consultant marketing, send your updated resume today
