We’re Hiring: Mid-Level Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing) Location: Onsite – Hyderabad, Telangana Shift: Night Shift (US Timings – EST/PST) Experience: 1 year – 3 Years Note: Only candidates available for a face-to-face interview in Hyderabad will be considered. No virtual interviews. Serious applicants only. Important: Freshers and candidates with irrelevant experience will not be considered at this time. About the Role Join our fast-growing and energetic team as an Entry-Level Bench Sales Recruiter You'll play a critical role in marketing our bench consultants (US work-authorized professionals) to clients and prime vendors. If you're persuasive, driven, and eager to learn the world of US IT Staffing, this is your opportunity to shine Key Responsibilities: Source and submit qualified candidates for IT positions using job portals, vendor networks, and professional platforms. Build strong, consistent communication with consultants on the bench. Market consultants (H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC) for full-time roles with end clients. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to drive successful placements. Negotiate rates, handle documentation, and manage follow-ups with vendors and consultants. Maintain detailed tracking of marketing activities and provide regular updates. What We’re Looking For : Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work night shifts (US timings). Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). A genuine passion to grow within the US staffing domain. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of US work visas (H-1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, etc.).
