- Lead HR Projects - R&R, GPTW
- Monitor, Update, Revise and on need basis formulate HR policies
- Monitor Payroll, Compliance, Audits and onboarding process
- Manage a team

The Successful Applicant

- MBA in HR
- Someone who has previously worked in a start-up set-up
- Understands building SOPs from scratch
- Can present to senior stakeholders
- Has worked across Payroll management, Salary(including ESOP) & Taxation, Audit, Compliance
