Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Relationship Manager located in Raigarh. The Area Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, analyzing their needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and handling customer queries. The role also involves collaborating with team members, providing timely reports, and staying updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills and customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in analyzing client needs and recommending suitable products
  • Capability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
