Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Raipur. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, manage a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met. They will build and maintain relationships with dealers, monitor market trends, manage customer accounts, and report on sales performance. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will provide support and training to the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to monitor market trends and analyze sales data
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
