Job Description:
As the Director of Technology for UiPath, Power automate at Publicis Resources , you will be responsible for leading the Solution Architecture, design, development, and implementation of scalable RPA architectures that support our enterprise Automation needs . With over 20 years of experience in IT and at least 10+ years experience in RPA with Uipath or Power Automate or both at enterprise-level automation solutions , you will drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for RPA CoE team and RPA Enterprise platform/environment and would be responsible to drive Platform efficiency, enhancement and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute automation strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead a team of Developers, Sr. Developers, Architects (Managers) and Sr. Architects to design robust Automation architectures/framework that meet current and future business requirements .
- Architecture Design: Design Automation using UiPath and/or Power Automate . Create Technical Architecture Diagram, Presentation based upon detailed analysis of technology/POC/Approach. Define and implement scalable and resilient automation architectures, including frameworks, libraries, and best practices. Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and architectural principles.
- Team Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of team of Developers, Sr. Developers, Architects (Managers) and Sr. Architects. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive excellence in solution delivery and platform enhancement/maintenance.
- Security and Compliance: Establish security standards review process to ensure security, and compliance across all integration projects. Implement monitoring and troubleshooting mechanisms to maintain operational integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and implementing UiPath or Power automate architectures, flows, automations in enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team.
- Strong understanding of RPA Architecture, Platform Management/maintenance, Automation flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Automate management, Power Automate developer/administration, UiPath Developer and UiPath Architecture, UiPath administration) preferred.
