Responsibilities:Solution Design: Design and implement innovative and robust Supply Chain Services Solutions; Ensure the right solutions are proposed for new deals, participating actively in the deal process and facilitating robust transitionsLead transformation projects, managing all aspects from initiation to completionProject Management: Oversee current state assessments, Handle RFPs- delivering competitive and forward-thinking solutions, business proposals, and create SOW for new engagementsStakeholder Management: Collaborate with client CXOs, process owners, Neo Tangent teams, and global relationship managers for key accounts, showcase expertise in Supply Chain ServicesStrategy Development: Formulate strategies for winning and transitioning new deals while maintaining and growing existing relationshipsApply expertise in BPO and consulting to boost operational efficiency and client satisfactionSales Collaboration: Educate and drive conversations on new offerings and solutions with Neo Tangent Sales/Client Partners and Operating Leaders. Identify proactive opportunitiesFinancial Oversight: Drive discussions on margin improvements and revenue, manage MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis with detailed commentary and analysisBusiness Insights: Generate insights into business performance, facilitating improved financial results and fact-based decision-makingBuild and lead the team of SMEs in Solutions & Transformation

Technical Skills:Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Experience with RPA technologies like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.Knowledge of AI and ML platforms, such as TensorFlow, Py Torch, or similar.Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Hands-on experience in SAP or OracleProven expertise in the finance function within a supply chain contextSkilled in managing leadership queries and ensuring quick, effective responses.

Required Qualifications & Background:Chartered Accountant (C.A) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with a robust finance background or master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in BPO/ consulting, with a focus on Solution/ transformation projectsDeep understanding of supply chain processes and best practicesStrong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skillsLeadership qualities and team management experienceExpertise in relevant supply chain management software and technological toolsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHands on experience: Supply Chain Planning, End-to-end Logistics; Experience in Sourcing & Procurement can be added benefit
