About the Role

The Director/Senior Manager will be responsible for leading Process Excellence initiatives, leveraging MBB or LSSBB expertise in Mumbai/Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean techniques.
  • Lead project management, preferably with PMP or Prince certification.
  • Design and implement Business Process Mapping and Modeling (Business Process Re-engineering) solutions.
  • Identify and deploy RPA opportunities.
  • Develop and drive Transformation roadmaps across large estates, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to RFPs, outsourcing opportunity assessments, and solution-oriented initiatives.
  • Work across multiple projects and time zones, juggling multi-dimensional deliverables.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, both domestically and internationally.
  • Transform conversations and working procedures into documented business outcome notes.
