Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Design and implement innovative and robust Supply Chain Services Solutions; Ensure the right solutions are proposed for new deals, participating actively in the deal process and facilitating robust transitions
  • Lead transformation projects, managing all aspects from initiation to completion
  • Project Management: Oversee current state assessments, Handle RFPs- delivering competitive and forward-thinking solutions, business proposals, and create SOW for new engagements
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client CXOs, process owners, Neo Tangent teams, and global relationship managers for key accounts, showcase expertise in Supply Chain Services
  • Strategy Development: Formulate strategies for winning and transitioning new deals while maintaining and growing existing relationships
  • Apply expertise in BPO and consulting to boost operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Sales Collaboration: Educate and drive conversations on new offerings and solutions with Neo Tangent Sales/Client Partners and Operating Leaders. Identify proactive opportunities
  • Financial Oversight: Drive discussions on margin improvements and revenue, manage MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis with detailed commentary and analysis
  • Business Insights: Generate insights into business performance, facilitating improved financial results and fact-based decision-making
  • Build and lead the team of SMEs in Solutions & Transformation

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with RPA technologies like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Knowledge of AI and ML platforms, such as TensorFlow, Py Torch, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP or Oracle
  • Proven expertise in the finance function within a supply chain context
  • Skilled in managing leadership queries and ensuring quick, effective responses.

Required Qualifications & Background:

  • Chartered Accountant (C.A) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with a robust finance background or master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in BPO/ consulting, with a focus on Solution/ transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership qualities and team management experience
  • Expertise in relevant supply chain management software and technological tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on experience: Supply Chain Planning, End-to-end Logistics; Experience in Sourcing & Procurement can be added benefit
