Our client is a pioneering financial services provider that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

  • Determine which financial institutions, banks, or SME/corporation merchants to approach regarding the card payment service and VAS, in alignment with a predetermined sales strategy.
  • Establishing a robust and reliable rapport between prominent consumers and organizations (e.g., governmental bodies, financial institutions, and electronic wallet providers).
  • Collaborating with clients throughout the entire process, including contracting, product, service, and support delivery:
    • Define requirements (survey of client specifications, business analysis, adjustment to the consulting process, unified request, request approval).
    • Deployment, training, and customer support and warranty (handover record).
    • Products are marketed, promoted, sold, and distributed.
  • Proactive in addressing critical customer concerns and grievances.
  • Managing the expectations of clients and partners and gaining a thorough comprehension of the requirements of critical accounts.
  • Other activities about the strategic partners or customers of the company.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the sales and marketing of payment services to clients, with a particular focus on merchants.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the banking industry is preferred.
  • Have prior experience in the bank card payment sector, specifically in client development, project implementation, and product development.
  • A positive rapport with the bank, merchant, or financial institution.
  • Proficiency and comprehension of the card payment sector.
  • Knowledge of the payment environment that medium- to large-sized retailers encounter.
  • Aggressive and dynamic performance-oriented activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and proficient English communication, or higher.
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proactive and have good teamwork skills.
  • Work effectively under high pressure.

Requirements
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education. Experience: Over five years of experience in the sales and marketing of payment services to clients, with a particular focus on merchants.
