Role Overview:
As the Business Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and overall success of our business within the coliving industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, with a primary focus on revenue generation, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your strong communication skills, industry expertise, and financial acumen will be critical in leading our team to achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Managing the overall P&L and sales for the business across all locations
● Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the coliving sector, leveraging market trends and insights.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to optimize revenue.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand our market presence and maximise growth potential.
● Supervising the team from different direct/indirect departments and providing constructive feedback.
● Plan and organize effectively, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required:
● Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
● Start-up experience and exposure to the coliving industry are preferred.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
● Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop
innovative solutions.
● Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their goals.
● Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
