We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to manage customer interactions, maintain client relationships, and support our business operations for the
Australia market
. The ideal candidate must have
excellent English communication skills
(both verbal & written) and the ability to handle client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer queries via phone, email, and CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in client onboarding, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports for management.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong
    English communication skills
    (verbal & written) – must.
  • 1–2 years of experience in
    CRM, customer support, or client servicing
    .
