Job description

We are looking for **CRE ( Client Relationship Executive)** for our **Mohali **Branch

Salary Negotiable.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Performing market research.
- Gathering and processing research data.
- To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
- To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students
- To follow up the clients for enrollments.
- Expertise in Ms Excel, Ms Word, Outlook, and with Good Computer Skills.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- Knowledge about study visa of Australia-New Zealand-UK-USA Germany will be an added advantage.
- Counseling the clients regarding requirements of documents, filling procedures and answering inquires from customers and resolve issues.
- Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Effective and excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Mohali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
