**Job Description - Client Relationship Executive (International - Australian Clients)**
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab
**Experience**: 6 Months - 1 Year

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with Australian clients in a professional manner.
- Communicate company services effectively and persuasively.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Address client queries with accurate and timely information.
- Maintain call records, client databases, and follow-ups.
- Meet daily/weekly performance and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in **customer service or sales** (international calling preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (aligned with Australian time zone).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
