Relationship Executive

**Role Overview**: We are looking for a Relationship Executive with a strong background in CRM management, client relationship building, and project coordination. This person will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, handling lead assignments, ensuring smooth project transitions to design or development teams, and overseeing timelines and invoicing. Additionally, they will be instrumental in upselling services to existing clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management & CRM Oversight**:
- Manage all leads in the CRM, ensuring they are properly assigned to the respective team members responsible for closing deals.
- Track lead progress and work closely with sales and project teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to project execution.
- **Client Relationship & Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively manage client expectations and resolve any issues related to project delivery, scope, or timelines.
- **Project Transfer & Coordination**:
- Ensure seamless project transfer from the sales team to design or development teams.
- Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
- **Timeline Management & Invoicing**:
- Oversee and ensure that client timelines are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Work with finance teams to manage and clear client invoices, ensuring payments are collected on time and any discrepancies are resolved.
- **Upselling & Service Expansion**:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to pitch additional services or upgrades to clients, aiming for long-term business growth.
- **Client Feedback & Satisfaction**:
- Regularly follow up with clients to collect feedback on projects and services.
- Ensure that clients are consistently satisfied with services and that any concerns are addressed promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software to manage leads, assignments, and client interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage client timelines, invoicing, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and manage the transition of projects between sales, design, and development teams.
- Experience in upselling services and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design and web development processes is highly beneficial.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
