Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at QwikBus, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the overall success of the company in Coimbatore market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the bus transportation sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present QwikBus solutions to prospective customers and tailor presentations to their needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that attract and retain clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team to ensure QwikBus continues to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the transportation or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the Coimbatore market and it's dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving growth.
