As the National Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Rioconn's presence across India. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients, foster long-term business relationships, and enhance our service offerings. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the agency by identifying opportunities and converting them into successful business ventures.


Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Develop and execute a national business development strategy to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
  • Track market trends, competitive landscape, and potential for innovation in digital marketing.
  • Meet revenue targets and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, strategize, and manage multiple business development initiatives.
