Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Venpep Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and explore new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer needs
- Create and present compelling business proposals
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend industry events to build a professional network
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in business development
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in developing and delivering sales presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed
