Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Train and coach sales representatives to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and support on product development and enhancements
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Ability to qualify prospects and convert leads into sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
