Business Developement Executive

Stepping EDGE is looking for a product manager to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.New Business Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
2.Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
3.Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the organization.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
4.Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies relevant to the business.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
- Good understanding of business trends and industry dynamics.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
