Job Title: Business Development Manager/Project and Design Head
Location- Jaipur
Experience - Min 8 yrs. experience in luxury / high-end residential projects
Qualification- Postgraduate in Interior design preferred, bachelor's in interior design
Budget - up to 15LPA
About the Company
Our client is a luxury brand based in Jaipur, specializing in handcrafted dressing suits, using materials like Leather, Micro fabric, Metalwork & detailing. The brand offers a range of innovative wardrobes, dressers, counters, and drawers to showcase skilled craftsmanship and create immersive environments for customers.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Project and Design Head to lead business development initiatives through collaboration with renowned architects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a design-focused mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with HNI & UHNI clients as well as top-tier architects.
Qualifications :
- Postgraduate in Interior Design preferred, bachelor’s in interior design accepted
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury/high-end residential projects
Salary :
- Up to 15 LPA, with potential incentives
Key Responsibilities :
New Inquiry Generation :
- Proactively generate inquiries through various communication channels
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting premium clients and architectural partners
- Expand the client base and increase brand visibility in the luxury interior market
- Lead business development efforts to enter new markets and high-end segments
- Conduct presentations and tours to showcase the brand's services and offerings
- Prepare mood boards, layouts, and pricing to present capabilities
Client and Architect Engagement :
- Facilitate meetings with clients and architects to understand design preferences
- Present quotations, purchase orders, project invoices, and other documents
- Coordinate with production teams on schedules, inspections, and product shoots
- Negotiate pricing and finalize project contracts
Project Management and Execution :
- Oversee project progress through site visits to ensure quality standards
- Coordinate post-installation shoots for marketing purposes
- Manage site handover to ensure client satisfaction
Innovation and Research :
- Drive innovation through continuous R&D, contributing to new designs and collections
- Stay updated on industry trends and materials through research
This role is ideal for someone with a blend of business acumen, design expertise, and the ability to lead projects while fostering key client and architect relationships.
