Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at EduSkills Foundation in Coimbatore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, and other stakeholders, and developing strategies to drive growth in education, employment, and entrepreneurship initiatives. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to market research, lead generation, proposal development, and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Partnership Building skills
- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Strategic Planning and Execution skills
- Experience in the Education or Non-profit sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation trends
