Job Title: Business Development Manager ( Only US IT/ Non-IT experienced BDM Needed)

***Note: We are not looking for sales BDM***

Work location: REMOTE, India

Working Hours : 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST

Experience: 5+ years


The Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing revenue and gross profit by leading the business development activities.


As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of recruiting strategies and plans to consistently meet targets and grow market share.Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in opening new accounts and aid in the management of existing accounts.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop, maintain and expand key client relationships and create strategic business plans for each account
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via delivery of strategic service initiatives
  • Prepare targeted proposals and presentations for decision makers and business owners
  • Generate forecasts, prepare status reports, client quotes and quality documentation
  • Negotiate contracts, pursue new opportunities, carry out post recruitment activities ensuring client satisfaction and service levels are exceeding client’s expectations.
  • Leverage the use of available company resources to provide value added support to each account
  • Achieve and exceed set new clients and recruiting placement targets
  • To be successful, you’ll need to be results-driven and able to deftly balance competing demands.

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive IT account management experience
  • Must have a University graduation in business, management or a related discipline
  • Must have previous experience working with an IT Professional Staffing Agency
  • Proven strategy and demonstrated ability to break into new accounts successfully
  • Proven negotiating and objection handling skills
  • Professional, articulate and organized
  • Strong decision making and strategic planning experience
  • Persistent, dedicated and focused on attaining revenue requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media
