We are seeking a results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our dynamic events team. The role involves managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and client outreach to deal closure and payment follow-ups. You will connect with international clients, identify sponsors and delegates, and maintain long-term business relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential.

Sales Manager Event Sponsorship

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the conference production team to gain a thorough understanding of the event program.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process (Sponsorship Sales / Delegate Sales), including lead generation, lead closure, and payment follow-ups.
  • Work in an English-speaking environment, engaging daily with international clients.
  • Conduct research to identify the right professionals on LinkedIn and generate qualified sales leads.
  • Identify suitable sponsors and delegates to participate in the event.
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, virtual meetings, and proposals to convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date sales records, including attendee details and client interactions.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships across diverse industries.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and overall revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address client concerns effectively.
