Position: Sponsorship Executive

Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Noida

Description: ISIEINDIA is looking for a Sponsorship Executive who will be responsible for developing and implementing sponsorship strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of an organization or brand. This position requires a highly organized and driven individual with strong communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors, media outlets, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing sponsorship strategies to support organizational goals and objectives
- Researching and identifying potential sponsors, media outlets, and other stakeholders to build relationships.
- Creating sponsorship proposals and presentations to pitch to potential sponsors.
- Negotiating sponsorship packages with sponsors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Managing relationships with sponsors and ensuring they receive the agreed upon benefits.
- Developing and maintaining media relations to secure coverage for events and other organizational initiatives.
- Writing and distributing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to relevant media outlets.
- Monitoring media coverage and providing regular reports to management
- Planning and executing press conferences, media events, and other PR activities.
- Developing and maintaining a database of sponsors, media outlets, and other stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sponsorship.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sponsorship and/or public relations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors, media outlets, and other stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience with event planning and execution a plus
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
