Facility Manager Job Description:
A leading Hospital, Khopoli is seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ayurvedic Cardiac rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality management, and guest service excellence. He/ She will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable, clean, and secure environment for our Patients, Guests while adhering to NABH practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the Center’s facility, including housekeeping, Canteen, laundry, security, and maintenance.
Ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene regulations as per NABH Guidelines and Coordinate with the team for the same. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health, safety, and sanitation standards, and implement appropriate measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for Patients, Guests and staff.
Develop and implement operational procedures that promote Patients & Guests’ comfort and satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain budgets for the Center facility including forecasting expenses, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Oversee the procurement and inventory management of supplies and equipment required in all departments. Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Manage staff performance and provide coaching and development opportunities whenever required
Address Patients & Guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Dedication to meeting and exceeding guest expectations, with a commitment to providing personalized service and resolving guest issues promptly and courteously. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and Patients & Guest’s satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of building systems, routine maintenance of Center
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Basic understanding of Accounting and Finance principles
Great leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Contract handling experience.
Strong attention to detail
Reporting to: Hospital – Operations Head
Experience: min 3 to 5 years in field
Salary : 4 to 5.5 Lac per annum
Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra
Working : Available to work most days, with Thursdays off from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. May require occasional shifts.
