**Responsibilities**:
- He or She shall handle administrative, business development and operational activities of the Company.
- He or She will directly report to the Management
- Must be aware of the end-to-end statutory processes and procedures of the Facility Management Company (Viz. Housekeeping / Canteen / Security / Engineering Services etc.)
- Shall recruit the staff in various departments as per the norms
- Shall train the staff for the said departments and deploy them at various locations as per the requirement and arrange to conduct regular trainings towards better services.
- Ensure that the quality of the services and the workmen are according to the stakeholder’s organisational need, policies and procedures.
- Oversees and supervises the quality of work to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively at all locations.
- Ensure the quality and uniformity in the services provided at various locations
- Streamline reporting mechanisms, by providing key performing indicators to the staff at various locations
- Must thrive for consistent pursuit of excellence in all the categories of the Facility Management services provided by the company
- Assist the management to take informed decisions in business development, thus enhance profitability and reduce operating expenses in the services.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Must be a Postgraduate in Hospitality Management
- Min 15 years’ experience in Facility Management Companies.
- Experience in planning and maintaining facility budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional leadership experience and problem-solving skills
- Contract handling experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to Travel
Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
