Marketing, Reservation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reservation Management**:
Process bookings and ensure accurate entry of reservation details into the system.
Provide detailed information about the resort, facilities, and activities to potential guests.
Customer Service:
Address guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met to enhance their stay experience.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while dealing with guests.
Sales and Upselling:
Promote special packages, upgrades, and additional services to maximize revenue.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell resort amenities and services.
Coordination:
Liaise with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage) to ensure guest requirements are met.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and offers.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
System Management:
Efficiently use reservation software and ensure data integrity.
Stay updated with system enhancements and new features.
**Job Expectations**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficient in using reservation systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours
**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
**Minimum Job Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
