We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the enterprise software/technology domain and a proven track record of success in inside sales. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Samaaro, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and .Sales

- boration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align efforts, share insights, and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the enterprise software/technology domain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong sales ability with a knack for objection handling and negotiation.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and other sales tools.
- A tech enthusiast, eager to learn the latest AI tools for sales enablement.
- An MBA in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
