We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the enterprise software/technology domain and a proven track record of success in inside sales. As an Inside Sales Specialist at Samaaro, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.Sales
  • Outreach: Init iate contact with prospects, present our solutions, and build relationships to understand their needs and pain points.Sales
  • Presentations: Cond uct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Samaaro’s solutions.Pipel
  • ine Management: Mana ge and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our Zoho CRM.Custo
  • mer Engagement: Coll aborate with prospects to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any inquiries or concerns.Deal
  • Closure: Nego tiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly & annual sales targets.Marke
  • t Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.Colla
  • boration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align efforts, share insights, and drive customer satisfaction.



Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the enterprise software/technology domain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong sales ability with a knack for objection handling and negotiation.
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and other sales tools.
  • A tech enthusiast, eager to learn the latest AI tools for sales enablement.
  • An MBA in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
