Job Brief
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join one of our esteemed client's team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2+ years of experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive engagement and follow-up calls.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competition to provide relevant information to customers.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2+ years of proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Basic knowledge of (industry/niche) products/services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
