Job Details
Job Title: Inside Sales Lead
Location: Bangalore office, Koramangala
Overview :
This position has the key deliverable to generate leads for the Company's key Practice areas. Proficiency in SalesForce.com /CRM /Sales management tool is an absolute must for this position. Prior experience in executing campaigns on Lead Generation with primary Market Research is a must. The candidate must have prior experience in cold calling and must be proficient in engaging the customer and in other sales skills like discovering the needs and qualifying them further.
Roles and Responsibilities :
This position requires a flair for conversation and a persuasive and collaborative demeanor in engaging the prospect to determine current and future needs. Prior lead generation and inside-sales experience preferably from USA market would be a key factor. Experience in service sales would be an advantage.
Understanding Product and Services Sales
Understanding of business decision sales cycles and the sales process
Understands account teams' strategy and objectives
Update knowledge of customers product line and service offerings, current products and technologies
Calling up the USA to Qualify / Shortlist the Potential Clients.
Experience in presales of high value products / services, preferably in consulting, high end IT products, services through telephone, mails etc.
Must have experience selling through telephone specially in US market.
Align with Marketing, pre-sales and delivery team and run digital/e-campaign for lead generation and market reach.
Maintain and expand database of prospects.
Ability to present and demo will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Sales (must)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or related field.

Must have handled international projects / clients or stakeholders
Strong apprehension power
