Our Metaverse based Skilling Platform impacts metrics across Productivity, Operational Efficiency, Safety by improving the Skill levels of the Blue-Collared workforce.
DTDC, Schneider Electric, DHL, Vedanta Resources, Solar Group, Thriveni Earthmovers, MOIL, Department of Atomic Energy, NLC, Voltas Ltd, Hindustan Zinc are some of our major enterprise customers for whom we have built and deployed robust training systems.
Our proprietary technology consists of two critical components-Metaverse (to Simulate industrial environments with realism) and Embedded Analytics Engine (helps benchmark the current skill levels of the trainee to the expected Peak Productivity Standards)
About the job
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Specialist to be a part of our sales team and prospect and build a pipeline of leads to qualified prospects in the mentioned geography. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, understanding the targeted industry verticals and pitching the product, understanding various personas to get connected and driving the lead towards product demonstration and closure with sales engineers. You should be able to set up client meetings or demo and discovery calls and meet targets.
Role Description
The inside sales specialist will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with existing customers to generate references, and ensuring a smooth sales process. To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospects and target accounts. Call and qualify sales leads, understand market needs, and identify sales opportunities.
· Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from various lead sources.
· Working Geographies India, Europe, APAC, Middle East
· Source new sales opportunities through market research, lead generation and cold calling
· Reach out to prospects through emails, phone calls, and social media campaigns.
· Understanding customers' needs and pitching the use case accordingly.
· Route qualified opportunities to the sales team.
· Create strong relationships with prospects at both senior and mid-management levels.
· Build a strong database of prospects in multiple domains using multiple tools and update it in CRM.
· Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.

Experience in US Cold Calling
