Presales Executive

Looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who will provide Pre-Sales technical support for our product/Project range across the country and abroad.
Vacancies: 5
Location: Trivandrum (Head Office)
Experience: 1-2 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical sales expertise to the local sales teams, customers and channel partners.
- Understand the customer requirements to align and put them in scope with Kran’s product portfolio to provide solutions meeting and exceeding customer needs.
- Feeding back the market needs/trends to the business team for future product development cycle.
- Prepare sales collaterals (e.g. Presentation, Proposals, Cost sheet and Product Brochures) about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales & marketing department
- Create a sales pitch for the sales team.
- Timely response to the RFI/RFP from customers.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our services, applications, and software solutions.
- Showcase the value proposition and unique features to address client needs effectively.
- Collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Collaborate on the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide support to the sales team in the negotiation and closing phases of the sales cycle.
- Address client queries and concerns to ensure a smooth transition from presales to post-sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business / Information Technology, or related field.
- Must have proven experience in presales or a similar role within the IT industry
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
- Strong understanding of IT services, applications, and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
